Zuño Kristal Biography

Zuño Kristal is an Executive Coach who works with high potential Executives and those transitioning in organizations.  He specializes in Executives from a multi-cultural background, especially those new to a country or organizational culture.

Zuño started his career at Cellcom, Israel's largest cellular company as a manager, ISO auditor, ERP developer and business trainer. Prior to that, he was the General Manager of an international non-profit organization and also worked as a facilitator and creator of group dynamics seminars in various educational institutions, including the Diaspora Museum and the Jewish Agency.

Born and raised in Lima, Peru, as an adult Zuño moved to Israel where he lived most of his adult and professional life, and where he started his own family. A second move was to the United States followed that one.

His life's path has equipped him with a multicultural background: Hispanic-Latino, Israeli-Jewish, and American culture. Zuño is fluent in Spanish, Hebrew and English. He coaches in all three languages. 

Zuño has taught a practical coaching course for MA students of Organizational Psychology at Columbia University. Other teaching credits include seminars and lectures for graduate students at the Catholic University of Lima-Peru, for a school of coaching in Tel Aviv, for the members of Philadelphia Area Coaches Alliance. In January 2006, Zuño is scheduled to lead a workshop on Coaching and adult learning in Israel.

Zuño is in the process of completing his Doctoral dissertation on Coaching at Columbia University.  Zuño has a BA (Pontificia Universidad Catlóica del Perú), and two Masters degrees in psychology (Bar Ilan University, and Columbia University).
